At Christiane Strobel, you can easily return items via our returns portal.

Step-by-step instructions

Here's how your return works – simply via our returns portal.

1. Open the returns portal: Click on the link to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order information: Enter your order number and your email address.
3. Select items: Choose the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.
4. Confirm your return: Follow the instructions. You will then receive a return label via email.
5. Sending a package: Print out the label, stick it on your package and take it to the nearest drop-off point.

Return period and conditions

• Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Returns are free within Germany.
  

Complaints

Should an item arrive damaged or defective, we are very sorry. We will, of course, address your issue quickly and easily. Please send us an email to mail@christianestrobel.com within 7 days of receiving the goods with the following information:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the deficiency
• One or two photos that clearly show the defect

Our customer service team will contact you immediately and together we will find a suitable solution – whether it be a replacement, repair or refund.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.
